<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that while manual setting in a management device is necessary for a transition between different types of monitoring devices connected to a management device, a setting operation becomes complicate due to a factor such as the function of the monitoring device or a network situation.SOLUTION: A monitoring device is configured to accept the input of the identification information of one or more other monitoring devices which have monitored a plurality of devices, and to transmit a request including the input identification information to a management server, and to receive the type information of one or more other monitoring devices as a response, and to, when the received type information is not coincident with its own type information, determine one or more devices as the monitoring object of the monitoring device among the plurality of devices which have been monitored by one or more other monitoring devices, and to notify the management server of the information of one or more other monitoring devices whose monitoring object has been changed and the type information of the monitoring device, and to collect the operation information of one or more devices as the monitoring object of the monitoring device, and to transmit it to the management server.</p> |
