This invention is about a processing method of yogurt ice cream containing Cheonhyehyang. More specifically, it consists of a material blending phase to blend the yogurt ice cream powder, milk, and purified water; Cheonhyehyang juice extraction phase to compress peeled Cheonhyehyang and thus to extract the juice; Cheonhyehyang juice blending phase to blend the material processed in the material blending phase with the Cheonhyehyang juice extracted in the Cheonhyehyang juice extraction phase; ice cream processing phase to process the ice cream by supplying the material with the Cheonhyehyang juice blended in the Cheonhyehyang juice blending phase; and additional ingredient topping phase to top the additional ingredients on the ice cream processed in the ice cream processing phase. Being processed in the process, the yogurt ice cream has an excellent flavor with the Cheonhyehyang juice contained; rich nutrient; and outstanding texture and keeping quality. |
