PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED module excellent in utilization of light and productivity.SOLUTION: The LED module includes a base film essentially comprising a fluorocarbon resin, a conductive pattern formed on a surface of the base film, and a light-emitting diode mounted on the conductive pattern. The base film has flexibility, light-transmitting property, heat resistance at 300°C, and flame retardancy satisfying Level V-0 of flame retardancy of UL94 standards. The base film includes a matrix layer made of a fluorocarbon resin and an intermediate member in the matrix layer, in which a ratio of a coefficient of linear expansion of the intermediate member to a coefficient of linear expansion of the matrix layer is preferably 0.95 or less. A difference between a refractive index of the matrix layer and a refractive index of the intermediate member in the base film is preferably 0.05 or more. The intermediate member preferably comprises glass cloth or ceramic particles. |
