PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that transmits a signal with low power consumption, low loss and low distortion.SOLUTION: A switch circuit 100 has a voltage generation circuit 11, a control section 12, an Nch transistor N1 and an Nch transistor N2. The voltage generation circuit 11 generates a supply voltage Vs+ and a supply voltage Vs- from a transmission signal Tx_S input via a terminal Tx. The Nch transistor N1 and the Nch transistor N2 each have one end connected to a terminal Tc and another end connected to a respective different terminal. The control section 12 applies the supply voltage Vs+ to a gate of one of the Nch transistor N1 and the Nch transistor N2 and applies the supply voltage Vs- to a gate of the other on the basis of a control signal CON1.
