<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily perform electrical discharge of battery cells in a battery pack in which a plurality of battery cells are aligned in a predetermined direction and stored in a case.SOLUTION: Since a fragile part of a battery cell is gradually increased in accordance with separation from an insertion hole 20 of a battery case 10, a short-circuit discharging pin 30 can be more surely pierced into the fragile part of the battery cell even when the battery cell is arranged far from the insertion hole 20. Therefore, resistance to be generated when piercing the pin 30 into battery cells 12-1 to 12-3 can be reduced and short-circuit discharge of the battery cells 12-1 to 12-3 can be easily performed.</p> |
