PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control device capable of keeping volume of an intersection excellent and preventing contact of vehicles.SOLUTION: A traffic control device has a vehicle information acquisition part, an acceleration calculation part, and an acceleration instruction part. The vehicle information acquisition part acquires information indicating a position and information indicating a track on each vehicle entering an intersection. The acceleration calculation part calculates acceleration of each vehicle so that an evaluation function containing sum total of contact risk for each combination of vehicles and for each time over predetermined time may fulfill predetermined conditions. The acceleration instruction part informs the vehicle of information indicating the calculated acceleration.
