FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: interposition of eye structures is determined in patients with hypermetropia and the presbyopic crystalline lens: the length of the anteroposterior axis of the eye and the depth of the anterior chamber are measured. A test, which induces the growth of intraocular pressure (IOP), is performed. If the eye length is shorter than 23 mm, the depth of the anterior chamber is less than 3 mm, an increase of IOP after carrying out the test at 5 mm and more on the tested eye, a conclusion about the presence of indicators to ablate the presbyopic crystalline lens with the implantation of the intraocular lens is made.EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining indications to the crystalline lens surgery due to complex evaluation, taking into account anatomic-functional indexes of the anterior chamber angle condition.2 cl, 2 ex |
