PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top seal device for making a manual belt drawer unnecessary.SOLUTION: In a top seal device, paired top sealers 2a and 2b are supported on movable frames 2 and 3 made reciprocatable in a wrapping material transporting direction, and the upstream sides and the downstream side of the movable frames 2 and 3 are individually arranged with belt conveyors B. The belt conveyors B are constituted by applying the annular belt conveyors B around below the paired top sealers 2a and 2b, and at least one belt conveyor B is formed at least partially of the frame into a pantograph shape telescopic mechanism 6k, in which two links 6i and 6j are intersected in an X shape so that a plurality of X-shaped links 6s pin-jointed at the intersections are connected in a horizontal direction by connecting the ends of the links 6i and 6j. |
