PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus capable of improving durability of a first clutch disposed between an engine and a motor.SOLUTION: A control apparatus, for use in a hybrid vehicle including an engine 2, a first clutch 3 and motor 4, includes: a present CL1 temperature estimation part 110 for calculating a present first clutch estimation temperature sTcl 1; a start-time CL1 temperature rise estimation part 120 for estimating an engagement-time first clutch estimation temperature Tcl1 when changing from disengagement to engagement at the present temperature; and a clutch temperature rise avoidance part 100 for executing, in a case where the engagement-time first clutch estimation temperature Tcl1 estimated by the present CL1 temperature estimation part 110 exceeds an engagement-time upper-limit temperature Tlim, clutch temperature rise avoidance processing for avoiding a temperature of the first clutch 3 exceeding the engagement-time upper-limit temperature Tlim by regulating mode switching accompanied by engagement of the first clutch 3. |
