<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot for big tsunami lifesaving escape capable of being applied to big tsunami where the parking lot floats on a water surface under being subjected to big tsunami without falling down of motorcars from the parking lot, with the proviso that it is normally utilized as a parking lot.SOLUTION: There is provided a parking lot for big tsunami lifesaving escape, in which a floating room is arranged on an upper part of a base structure constructed on the ground, whose periphery is surrounded with steel plates, whose floor part is covered with steel plates having a grid shaped surface, on which upper surface flooring material is arranged so that motorcars may be placed thereon and inside which styrene foam is fitted. A slope is arranged on the floating room so that a motorcar may enter. Just when big tsunami comes, a front wheel tire falling device arranged on a lower part of a front wheel tire in the floating room is driven so that a tire falls down and a tire/wheel sandwich fixing device fixes a tire or wheel from lateral sides. Laterally pressing steel plates are arranged in the lateral direction in the fallen tire so that the motorcar is fixed on the floating room and floats on and escapes form big tsunami.</p> |
