FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, urogynecology. Device for treatment of stress urinary incontinence includes proximal and distal parts, connected in the place of bending at angle from 100 to 160 degrees. Device contains projection, extending transversally to plane of distal section. Distal part in place of bending is more narrow than the proximal one. Device is configured is size and shape in such a way as to be placed in vagina. Proximal part is supported by separate front fibres of pubococcygeus muscle. Distal part is introduced through genital hiatus. Projection provides support of middle part of urethra.EFFECT: device provides elimination of symptoms of stress urinary incontinence due to provision of supply for middle part of urethra, which results in preservation of urethrovesical angle.20 cl, 11 dwg |
