FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: tank 1 is filled with water to the level some 1.0-1.5 cm above that of funnel 4. Note here that valves 6, 7 and drain valve 10 are closed. Tank 1 is cooled down to produce 0.5-1.0 mm deep ice ply above funnel surface. Thereafter, vale 6 is opened to decrease water level in tank 1 to displace ice ply with deuterium into funnel inside. Then, water is tank is cooled down to produce ice in amount of 70-80% of initial amount of water. At secondary freezing of initial water with impurities as dissolved substances and insecticides is divided into fresh clean ice and residual brine accumulated at the bottom of tank 1. Then, brine is discharged by opening valve 9. Produced ice is defrosted and drained via drain valve 10. Water is ready for use.EFFECT: simplified process.4 cl, 1 dwg |
