FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in forestry, ornamental gardening and in research studies to produce quality planting or experimental biological material in the form of seedlings of common pine (Pinus sylvesrtis L.). The method consists in that the seeds of common pine, washed in distilled water, are placed in polypropylene sleeves, provided with cotton swabs, are fixed in the holes of the polystyrene raft, which is located on the surface of the liquid nutrient medium. The nutrient medium has the following ratio of components: NHNO- 2.0 mM; KHPO- 1.5 mM; MgSO- 0.5 mM; NaSO- 0.1 mM; CaCl- 1.0 mM; HBO- 55 mcm; MnSO- 5 mcm; ZnSO- 1.26 mcm; CuSO- 0.32 mcm; NaMoO- 0.1 mcm; Co(NO)- 0.02 mcm; KI - 1.0 mcm; FeSO- 9.5 mcm; sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate - 9.5 mcm and pH=4.5. The nutrient medium is placed in a climate chamber, illuminated with dichromatic electroluminescent light with wavelength of 460 nm and 580 nm and the intensity of the light flux of 140-200 micromol quanta per m·c, at a temperature of 25°C, humidity of 60%. The nutrient medium is replaced once every 72 hours and aerated forcedly with air at a rate of 15 litres per hour.EFFECT: invention enables to provide the quality planting material of seedlings having great weight, more developed root system and aerial part in a shorter time.2 tbl, 2 dwg |
