PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting tool improved in visibility by making effective utilization of lights from light sources.SOLUTION: A vehicular lighting tool comprises: a semiconductor light source; a reflector in which a plurality of reflector parts for reflecting a light from the semiconductor light source is provided on its top and bottom and which has a lower reflector part in the lowermost part, and an upper reflector part composed of the remaining reflector parts; a projection lens in which lens parts of the same number as that of the reflector parts are provided on its top and bottom, and which has a lower lens part in the lowermost part, for irradiating the reflected light of the lower reflector part as a basic light arranging pattern forward of a vehicle, and an upper side lens part composed of lens parts other than the lower lens part, for irradiating the vehicle front with the reflected light of the upper reflector part as the diffusing additional light distribution pattern; and a shade arranged at the rear side focal point of the lower lens part, for shading a portion of a reflected light from the lower reflector part to the lower lens part. In a top face view, a first optical axis of the lower reflector part is inclined on the side of a self-lane, and the first optical axis and an optical axis of the upper reflector part are directed in different directions. |
