<p>PURPOSE:To improve the hardness (brittleness) of a casein hardened object, to raise the impact resistance, and also, to secure the mechanical strength by dispersing elastomer fine grains and an inorganic filler into a casein resin. CONSTITUTION:Elastomer fine grains and an inorganic filler are dispersed into a casein resin. Desirably, a polyurethane elastomer fine grain can be used as the elastomer fine grain. Also, it is desirable that the grain diameter of the dispersed elastomer fine grain is set to <=20mum, and the elastomer mixing quantity in the casein resin is set to 4-23wt.%, based on the total quantity of the elastomer and the casein as a reference. In such a way, an artificial ivory keyboard material which is excellent in impact resistance, has improved workability of cutting, grinding, polishing, etc. and scarcely generates contamination is obtained.</p> |
