PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of quickly detecting a prediction that toner in a development unit is fused and started to be fixed.SOLUTION: A data acquisition part 53 acquires the output data of a time measurement part 52 (the data of elapsed time) or the data of a temperature sensor 148 in each development unit 14 (the data of the internal temperature of the development unit 14), and stores (accumulates) the data in a data accumulation part 54. A determination part 55 calculates a temperature rise value indicating a rise degree of the internal temperature of the development unit 14, and compares it with a reference value, and when the calculated temperature rise value exceeds the reference value, determines that toner is put in a high concentration state in the neighborhood of the temperature sensor 148, and that there is a prediction that toner is fixed, and an output part 56 performs output indicating that it is determined that there is a prediction that the toner is fixed. |
