PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure abrasion resistance and cushioning ability (sound isolation performance) of a cover material without needing a complex task such as winding work of a cushioning adhesive tape.SOLUTION: A wiring harness 10 includes: electric wires 9; and a covering material 1 wound around the electric wires 9 and formed into a cylindrical shape. The covering material 1 includes: a base material 2; and a foam resin layer 3 laminated on the base material 2. The base material 2 is a sheet-like material containing a thermoplastic resin. The foam resin layer 3 adheres to a surface of the base material 2.
