PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion module capable of high density implementation and low profile implementation in two-dimensional arrangement on a device board and furthermore capable of being efficiently cooled by a batch radiator whose installation is simple.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a photoelectric conversion module which is loaded on a device board. An optical connector is installed on the surface facing a device board of an optical sub-assembly. In an electric connector, at least two sides through which an optical transmission body passes are opened so that the optical transmission body can be passed through at least two sides of the optical sub-assembly facing each other, and the optical transmission bodies are vertically overlapped on each other and can be passed between the optical sub-assembly and the device board.
