<p>There is provided a touch panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The touch panel includes a touch electrode formed in a touch mesh pattern on a substrate, the touch mesh pattern made up of a plurality of nanowires and a coating layer formed thereon. Therefore, the touch panel and the method for manufacturing the same implement low resistance, require no RC delay time, prevent the touch mesh pattern from being recognized with the naked eye, and may be applied to a large area. The touch panel and the method for manufacturing the same also alleviate a moire effect by using the nanowires, lessen a milky effect by forming the touch electrode in the touch mesh pattern, reduce resistance which occurs in a nanowire overlapped area by forming the coating layer on the nanowires, and increase adhesion of the nanowires. The touch panel and the method for manufacturing the same may be applied to a flexible display device.</p> |
