PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-solid metal manufacturing device with which semi-solid metal can be favorably taken out from a container.SOLUTION: A semi-solid metal manufacturing device 1 includes: a container 21 which cools liquid metal material M poured through an upper opening to generate semi-solid meatal, and cools the metal material M at a bottom part prior to cooling of the metal material M at an intermediate part and an upper part; and a pushing device 29 which pushes the bottom part of the semi-solid metal toward the opening at the upper part of the container 21.
