<p>The invention is about an apparatus for handling call processing function failure in called network, method thereof and computer recordable medium storing the method. When the Serving-Call Session Control Function (S-CSCF) of this invention receives a session connecting request message, it transfers the message to the Proxy-Call Session Control Function (P-CSCF) allocated to the transmission user device. If there is a failure occurs in P-CSCF, S-CSCF should process the transmission user device and call processing by using circuit exchange network or execute session connecting process by using another proxy control device other than the allocated P-CSCF. As shown, the invention can enhance the reliability of the service for it can provide call processing function even when the network failure occurs.</p> |
