<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for setting up multiple equalizer modes and, more specifically, to a method and an apparatus for setting up multiple equalizer modes to enable users to distinctly listen to the music or sound of movies or dramas by automatically switching over to an equalizer mode synchronized to the audio signal when a video is being played. To achieve this, the apparatus for setting up multiple equalizer modes comprises: an audio interval setting part (210) to set up an audio interval to be allocated with an equalizer mode; an equalizer mode setting part (220) to switch over to the equalizer mode of the interval; a control part (230) to form a file to make the equalizer mode signal of each interval be synchronized to the audio signal; and an equalizer mode DB (240) to store music, music genres, and situations in which the equalizer modes are designated in advance.</p> |
