PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control method, a program, and a control system for appropriately grouping users in a process for spreading information via a network among users.SOLUTION: A control device includes: determination means for determining whether or not an access request from a user is associated with group information corresponding to the other users; first association means for, when it is determined that the access request is not associated with group information corresponding to the other users by the determination means, associating the group information corresponding to the user with user information corresponding to the user; and second association means for, when it is determined that the access request is associated with the group information corresponding to the other users by the determination means, associating the group information corresponding to the other users with the user information corresponding to the user. |
