<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor for accurately quantifying a bio-related substance existing in body fluid with a simple method.SOLUTION: A biosensor comprises a crystal oscillator 28 which includes: a crystal substrate 22; a plurality of first electrodes 24a and 24b fixed to one surface of the crystal substrate; and a second electrode 26 fixed to the other surface. On at least one surface of the plurality of first electrodes, a capturing material is immobilized having a site specifically binding to a particular bio-related substance, while the capturing material is not immobilized on at least one surface of the remaining first electrodes. On the surface of the plurality of first electrodes, a blocking agent and/or casein is properly immobilized for inhibiting non-specific adsorption of bio-related substances contained in body fluid.</p> |
