The present invention addresses the problem of providing a multilayer sheet and multilayer film which have both high transparency and scratch resistance, and can be easily printed and thermoformed.　The solution to the problem is a multilayer sheet and multilayer film which are laminates having a polycarbonate resin layer as a substrate and having a thermoplastic acrylic resin layer containing silicon dioxide particles on the outermost layer on one side of the substrate or on the outermost layer on both sides of the substrate, said multilayer sheet and multilayer film being characterized in that the average particle size of the silicon dioxide particles is 0.1-2 μm, and the silicon dioxide particle content in relation to the total quantity of the thermoplastic acrylic resin layer is 0.1-1 wt%.
