PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a semiconductor radiation detector capable of measuring energy spectra of γ rays of 122keV and 662keV and attaining an energy resolution of 8% or less for the γ rays of 122keV; a nuclear medicine diagnostic apparatus using the semiconductor radiation detector; and a semiconductor radiation detector manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A semiconductor radiation detector 101 is configured by using a semiconductor crystal 111 interposed between a cathode electrode 112 and an anode electrode 113. The semiconductor crystal 111 comprises a thallium bromide single crystal containing lead as impurities, a lead concentration being less than 0.1 ppm, a full width at half maximum of a (110) X-ray rocking curve being 1.6deg or less in a scan based on a sample tilt angle, a full width at half maximum thereof being 3.5deg or less in a scan based on a rotational angle in a sample surface, and a full width at half maximum thereof being 1.3deg or less in a scan based on an X-ray incident angle. |
