PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon to combined merchandise desired by a user.SOLUTION: A coupon providing device includes: a storage part for storing first merchandise and second merchandise whose simultaneous selection with the merchandise serves as the application conditions of a coupon in association; a determination part for determining whether or not the first merchandise and any of a plurality of second merchandise associated with the first merchandise is included in a plurality of merchandise selected by a user; and an application part for, when it is determined that the first merchandise and the second merchandise is included in the plurality of merchandise selected by the user by the determination part, applying the coupon.
