PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time of authentication processing for comparing biological information of an authentication target with a plurality of pieces of registration biological information.SOLUTION: A computer is configured to: refer to a storage unit which stores a plurality of pieces of registration biological information of a plurality of users who have the right to access an access target; determine whether to authorize a first user to access the access target on the basis of a comparison result between the plurality of pieces of registration biological information and first biological information of the first user (step 301); when the first biological information corresponds to first registration biological information among the plurality of pieces of registration biological information and the first user is authorized to access the access target, exclude the first registration biological information from the plurality of pieces of registration biological information,; and determine whether to authorize a second user to access the access target on the basis of a comparison result between one or more pieces of remaining registration biological information and second biological information of the second user (step 302).
