PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of restricting heat emitted from a lighting system to have an adverse effect on plants to be cultivated.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device 1 comprises: a plurality of braces 7; a cultivation rack 3 having placing parts 4 arranged at intervals in a vertical direction for placing cultivation tanks 2 provided using the braces 7 with plants planted therein; and lighting systems 5 arranged in the cultivation rack 3 above each of the placing parts 4 at intervals. The lighting system 5 includes: a horizontal frame 18; a plurality of LED lighting fixtures 19 attached to the horizontal frame 18; and a tabular reflection member 21 attached to the horizontal frame 18 so as to be placed above the LED lighting fixtures 19 and with a reflection plane arranged to turn downward. A plurality of penetration parts 38 are formed at positions corresponding to switching power sources 37 of the LED lighting fixtures 19 in the reflection member 21 for releasing the heat emitted from the switching power sources 37.
