PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and a shield structure thereof capable of preventing discharge of electrostatic when inserting a card.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes: a main body 3 which has a frame 2 as a frame ground; and a card unit 6 which has a circuit base board 4 and a front panel 5 provided to a base end portion of the circuit base board 4, and which is slid into the frame 2 and stored therein. The electronic device includes discharge prevention means 10 that, when the card unit 6 is slid into the main body 3, before the front panel 5 comes into direct contact with the frame 2, the front panel 5 and the frame 2 are brought into electrical connection to connect the front panel 5 to a frame ground to prevent electrostatic discharge due to charged front panel 5. |
