PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress peeling of a slide plating layer even when slide performance is enhanced, in a slide member.SOLUTION: A slide member 22a comprises: a base material 30; a slide plating layer 32 including a solid lubricant 32a; and an intermediate plating layer 34 disposed between the base material 30 and the slide plating layer 32 and enhancing adhesion between the base material 30 and the slide plating layer 32. The content of the solid lubricant 32a in the slide plating layer is 30 volume% or more and 70 volume% or less.
