<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain which can effectively reduce the generation of a collision sound when a pin collides with a pulley, and a power transmission device.SOLUTION: A power transmission chain 1 comprises a plurality of links 15 having two insertion parts 18A, 18B arranged in a chain length direction at an interval, and two pieces of pins 16, 17 inserted into the insertion parts 18A, 18B in a state of adjoining each other, and transmits power while being wound around pulleys 3, 4 of the power transmission device, and by making both end faces of both the pins 16, 17 in length directions contact with the pulleys 3, 4. A contact point P2 with respect to the pulleys 3, 4 of one pin 17 located at a front side of a chain routing direction out of two pieces of the pins 16, 17 is arranged inside a pulley radial direction rather than a contact point P1 with respect to the pulleys 3, 4 of the other pin 16 located at a rear side of the chain routing direction, and times of both the pins 16, 17 at which the pins are brought into elastically-deformed states after starting to contact with the pulleys 3, 4 are overlapped on each other.</p> |
