<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a substructure, which eliminates the need for the reinforcement of a base and the removal of a water absorption softening member from a predetermined space formed between a ground level of an expansive ground and a lower surface of the base, and thereby reduces construction cost of the substructure and shortens a construction period, and provide the substructure.SOLUTION: A construction method of a substructure 1 provided on the upper part of an expansive ground 5 is related. The construction method of the substructure 1 applying the present invention includes a first step of separating a base 2 to the upper part of the expansive ground 5 until the base 2 develops a predetermined strength and supporting an unwetted water absorption softening member 3, and a second step of reducing the strength of the water absorption softening member 3 by wetting the water absorption softening member 3 after the base 2 develops the predetermined strength.</p> |
