<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device for operating a clamp on a conveyance table at lower cost.SOLUTION: A clamp device includes: a placing unit 100 on which a workpiece is placed; a clamp 103 provided at the placing unit 100 and pushing and stopping the workpiece on the placing unit 100 by an elastic force; a piston mechanism 106 provided at the placing unit 100 and operating the clamp 103 so as to resist the elastic force when being pressurized; a pressure cylinder 15 provided outside the placing unit 100 and pressurizing the piston mechanism 106 by coming into contact with an inflow port 108 of the piston mechanism 106; a detection unit for detecting the workpiece; and a control unit for controlling the pressure cylinder 15 so that the pressure cylinder 15 comes into contact with the inflow port 108 of the piston mechanism 106 on the basis of the detection of the workpiece by the detection unit.</p> |
