<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a quantum dot light emitting material through a solution process comprising: a step of substituting highly fluorinated thiol ligands for quantum dots (a first step); and a step of dissolving the quantum dots substituted with the highly fluorinated thiol ligands in highly fluorinated solvents (a second step). Accordingly, the present invention is capable of thin film molding by using the solution process based on organic solvents as quantum dot light emitting materials. A formed thin film improves the performance of a device since the thin film does not have chemical and mechanical effects on a hole transfer layer based on organic unimolecules located at the lower part of the device and freely choices materials when forming the hole transfer layer located at the lower part of a quantum dot light emitting layer.</p> |
