Disclosed is a piezoelectric ceramic sounding element, comprising a piezoelectric ceramic plate and a metal plate attached tightly. The piezoelectric ceramic plate comprises a ceramic sheet, wherein two faces of the ceramic sheet are respectively provided with a metal layer, a face of the piezoelectric ceramic plate provided with the metal layer is attached to the metal sheet, and more than one clear area is distributed on the metal layer on one face of the piezoelectric ceramic plate in contact with the metal sheet. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for the piezoelectric ceramic sounding element. More than one clear area is distributed on the metal layer on one face of the piezoelectric ceramic plate in contact with the metal sheet, and the increased clear area may increase the cohesive force between the piezoelectric ceramic plate and the metal plate, so that vertical pull force of the piezoelectric ceramic sounding element is multiply increased, and the connection between the piezoelectric ceramic plate and the metal sheet is firmer; after being subjected to thermal shock from hot wind reflow soldering at 260-320°C/90 s, the piezoelectric ceramic sounding element does not produce bumps, and its fine appearance and reliability are guaranteed. |
