PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film including a cholesteric liquid crystal layer suitable for thermal compression bonding.SOLUTION: A thermal compression bonding film includes a cholesteric liquid crystal layer formed by curing a liquid crystal composition containing a polymerizable rod-like liquid crystal compound, a chiral agent, and a polymerizable monomer. The polymerizable rod-like liquid crystal compound includes a monofunctional rod-like liquid crystal compound having one polymerizable group and a di-functional rod-like liquid crystal compound having two polymerizable groups, or two or more types of the di-functional rod-like liquid crystal compounds having two polymerizable groups. The polymerizable monomer has three or more polymerizable groups, and has 0.3-6.0 mass% with respect to the total mass of the polymerizable rod-like liquid crystal compound. |
