PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water bottom ground-penetration depth measuring device suitable to measure the penetration depth of a probe for a cone-penetration test into underwater ground of a very deep water region with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A device 10 measures a penetration depth of a probe 12 into a water bottom ground, and includes: a magnetism generating part 16 provided on a rod 14 at a predetermined interval along an extending direction of the rod 14 which is connected to the rear end side of the probe 12; a water bottom position anchoring part 18 relatively freely movable in an extending direction of the rod 14 in the outer peripheral side of the rod 14 and anchoring at a surface position of the water bottom ground when the rod 14 penetrates into the water bottom via the probe 12; a magnetism detection part 20 provided on the water bottom position anchoring part 18 and for detecting the magnetism generated by the magnetism generating part 16; and a depth measuring part 22 for measuring and recording the penetration depth of the probe 12 based on the detection of the magnetism detection part 20 when the rod 14 penetrates into the water bottom via the probe 12. |
