PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which prepares a suitable message for a terminal of a user who has contacted by telephone.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a reception means which receives a call originated from a terminal having identification information to other device and acquires the identification information; a preparing means which prepares a message addressed to the terminal based on the identification information acquired by the reception means and reservation information corresponding to the identification information; and a transmitting means which transmits the message prepared by the preparing means to the terminal based on the identification information.
