<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture stably and at a low cost a steel sheet for a slip resistant floor plate which is used as a floor plate material in an escalator or the like and which has an irregularity on a surface thereof and has excellent design and discriminability.SOLUTION: A steel sheet is made to pass stepped rolls in which plural large diameter parts and small diameter parts are alternately arranged on an upstream side or stepped rolls in which small diameter parts independent from plural large diameter parts are arranged regularly or at random in an axial direction and a circumferential direction on an upstream side, and a first rolling stand constituted of a flat roll, and thereafter pass a second rolling stand constituted of a top roll, in which an irregularity of 0.2 mm or less is formed on a surface thereof disposed on a downstream side, and a flat bottom roll, thereby forming an irregularity having a small angle R on a surface and forming a fine irregularity on a convex surface part thereof.</p> |
