摘要 一种结合在具有自产氢气之载具上混合动力能源供应模组,包含氢电转换模组及电能管理模组;氢电转换模组至少包含一产氢装置、一燃料电池,二者之间以一系列之储氢装置、氢气回收装置、鼓风机、压缩机、阀件及输送管线等所需的周边组件连结,确保燃料电池的电化学反应可顺利进行;电能管理模组至少包含一二次电池、一电能调节装置,二者之间以一系列之变频器、DC/DC转换器、二极体等电力控制回路连结,以确保电力输入输出(充放电)之稳定;此动力能源模组与电动马达连结,成为一混合动力模组以驱动载具。以上这些装置所组成之模组,给予载具自行重组所携带之石化或生质燃料的能力,以各式产氢方式产生氢气(或以储氢装置直接释氢)供应载具上燃料电池发电所需及驱动载具用之动力(电力);氢电转换模组可包括不同型式的产氢装置及不同的燃料电池,本发明亦列举甲醇燃料箱至重组产氢配合质子交换膜燃料电池发电,再经氢气纯化装置分离、另外配合系统所需之散热,及液体产生循环由液冷/气冷式热交换器做主要调节,氢气产生亦可回收循环至储氢桶,以上发电系统加上电力调节之技术,即可成为一从燃料重组产氢至发电与电力调节以推动载具的混合动力能源模组。; hydrogen-to-electricity module includes at least one hydrogen generation devices and one fuel cell, these two major components is connected by a serial of devices, e.g., hydrogen storage device, hydrogen recycle device, blower, compressor, valve and piping lines required as balance of plant (BOP) to make sure the electrochemical reaction can be taken smoothly. Power management module includes at least one battery, one power modulating device, both of them is connected by a serial of devices,e.g.variable frequency device, DC/DC converter, diode and electrical control circuit to make sure the electricity input/output (charge or discharge) smoothly. Abovementioned power module will combine with electrical motor as a hybrid power module to drive the vehicle. This power module system may carry either fossil fuel or biomass. Through the hydrogen generation device (may include hydrogen release from storage medium), hydrogen gas may be generated and supply to fuel cell to convert it into electricity as power to drive vehicle. hydrogen-to-electricity module may be different combination of hydrogen generation devices and fuel cells. This invention gives example as methanol from storage tank to reformer and then to purification device before coming to proton-exchange membrane fuel cell to produce electricity. A few balance plants are required like heat removing by heat exchanger or hydrogen recycle device. This system integration from fuel reformer to generate hydrogen for fuel cell, and combined with power management module to be a hybrid power module which can drive vehicle in a high efficiency.
