PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that can achieve both low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage property at high level and has excellent abrasion resistance, and provides a good charging property and image density.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner containing at least a binder resin, where the binder resin contains a block copolymer resin having an amorphous polyester part (A) and a crystalline polyester part (C) and a crystalline resin, and the toner has a spin-spin relaxation time (t'70), which is measured at 70°C by pulse NMR after the temperature is reduced from 130°C to 70°C, of 0.3 ms or more and 2.0 ms or less.
