A safe socket (10) comprising one or multiple socket bodies (100). A socket body (100) has a live wire receptacle (111) and a ground wire receptacle (121), mutually insulated from one another, and comprises a live wire connection circuit (112), a ground wire connection circuit (122), and a locking and controlling mechanism (140). When the live wire pin (201) and the ground wire pin (202) of a power plug (21) are respectively inserted into the live wire receptacle (111) and the ground wire receptacle (121) of the socket body (100), the locking and controlling mechanism (140) is activated and is switched to the operating state so as to connect the live wire connection circuit (112) and the ground wire connection circuit (122). When the locking and controlling mechanism (140) is in the idle state, the live wire connection circuit (112) and the ground wire connection circuit (122) are disconnected. The safe socket (10) can effectively prevent electric shock and is water-proof, thereby preventing electric shock accidents and ensuring the safe usage of the safe socket. |
