<p>The invention relates to a modular construction and method using modular elements provided with female channels along the outer periphery thereof. These elements are assembled to one another vertically and horizontally using an independent male joint housed in the horizontal and vertical female channels. The same assembly system is applied to doors and windows of buildings, as well as to floors and roofs.</p>
