<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turmeric beverage packaged in a transparent package, suppressed in occurrence of precipitation and also bad smell peculiar to an emulsifying preparation, and containing the emulsifying preparation comprising a turmeric pigment. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaged turmeric beverage the package of which is a transparent one, the emulsifying preparation comprising a turmeric pigment is added as a turmeric extract, and the turmeric beverage contains catechin, vitamin C and vitamin E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
