<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug holding plate which deals with shapes and arrangements of various apparatuses and prevents a plug from coming off unintentionally. <P>SOLUTION: In a plug holding plate 10 used for preventing a plug 24 from coming off, elongated holes 12 for inserting belt like binding tools 18 are formed so as to be arranged parallel to each other on both sides of a cutout part 11.
