A cleaning device (40) comprises a cleaning unit (5) and a cleaning solution supply unit (14) for supplying a cleaning solution to clean a lip surface (23) and cleans the lip surface (23) while moving the cleaning unit (5) and the cleaning solution supply unit (14) to the long side direction of the lip surface (23) by a movement means (6), and a cleaning unit (5), to which a ultrasonic vibrator (15) is attached, includes a ultrasonic vibrating unit (11) having a facing groove (13), forms a retting unit (19) by moving the facing groove (13) and the lip surface to be close to each other and supplying the cleaning solution to a gap between the facing groove and the lip surface from the cleaning solution supply unit (14), cleans part of the lip surface (23) by performing ultrasonic vibration of the ultrasonic vibrating unit (11), and cleans the lip surface (23) to the long side direction by moving the cleaning unit (5) and the cleaning solution supply unit (14) to the long side direction.</p> |
