The base plate and the cover plate are interlockable in the operating position. The heating unit is formed by the tubular pipelines passing into the base plate and/or the cover plate. A heat insulator is arranged outside of the base plate and/or the cover plate. The base plate is longitudinally displaceably and is adjustable in the direction to the cover plate using a pneumatic bellow cylinder. The base plate and the cover plate are arranged inside a frame formed by two ring-shaped supports in the operating position. The ring-shaped supports have a T-shaped cross-section.
