<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite-based stainless steel plate having high heat resistance even at a high temperature of 850°C or higher. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite-based stainless steel plate excellent in the heat resistance has, by mass, 0.02% or lower of C, 0.02% or lower of N, 0.30% or lower of Si, 0.10 to 1.00% of Mn, 16.5 to 20.0% of Cr, >0.50 and≤0.80% of Nb, 2.00 to 3.50% of Mo, 0.05 to 1.50% of W, 1.00 to 2.00% of Cu and 0.001 to 0.01% of O, and satisfies an expression of 2.3≤Mo+W≤3.5%. There may be added 0.0015% or lower of B, 0.0050% or lower of Mg, 1.0% or lower of Ni, 1.0% or lower of Al, 0.50% or lower of V, 0.50% or lower of Sn, 0.5% or lower of Hf, 0.5% or lower of Zr and 1.0% or lower of Ta. In the ferrite-based stainless steel plate, 10 or more oxides per 25μm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>exist which have particle diameters not smaller than 0.2μm with Nb in steel as main phases, and among the oxides, 5 or more oxides per 25μm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>exist whose particle diameters exceed 1μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
