<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably manufacture a multi-layer tube with flange which includes a soft synthetic resin layer having wear resistance on an inner circumferential surface and a fiber reinforced synthetic resin material layer on an outer circumferential surface, thereby having improved strength, with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the multi-layer tube 1 including a straight tube body 11 and a flange 12 in one embodiment includes: an inner layer forming step of supplying uncured soft synthetic resin material spirally on the outer circumferential surface of a mold 6 having a cylindrical outer circumferential surface by moving the ejection position of the resin material in the axial direction of the mold 6 while ejecting the resin material to the outer circumferential surface of a mold, thereby forming a tubular soft synthetic resin layer 2; and an outer layer forming step of impregnating a fabric comprising a high strength fiber or a long fiber material aligned in parallel with a thermosetting resin and laminating and forming the fiber reinforced rein layers 3.
